As required by phone cabling regulations, any repairs or additional alterations to you phone line will be detailed in a clear and easy to read Certificate of Compliance.

We can repair your phone line that may be effecting your:

Check your Phone Line to see if it is faulty

  1. Unplug whatever devices you have plugged into the phone line socket/s connected to that line including any phones, faxes, ADSL modems etc
  2. Get a good working phone and plug it into the phone socket
  3. Listen to the phone to see if there is any dial tone or noise on the line

Phone line diagnosis

  1. Normal dial tone has returned … faulty equipment may have been connected to the phone line
  2. There is a constant tone on the line … a call forward facility may have been activated on the phone line
  3. No dial tone at all … there may be a fault in your provider’s network or in your phone wiring.
  4. Noise crackle on the phone … there may again be a fault in your provider’s network or in your phone wiring
  5. My alarm has a fault with being monitored … A Network Termination Device may need to be installed
  6. Noise returns when I re-connect the modem …
