Found their details on an authorised list of NBN service providers via a government website. It didn’t list their level of service quality (no ratings system like here on Google) but boy was I lucky to have Peter from Phoneworks as the technician. Came on here to leave my review thanks to the great level of service. I’m not surprised by the standout reviews.Details of my job were that I had originally cut the landline during our kitchen renovation thinking it was no longer needed and disposed of it behind the wall. Turns out the property and the area we live in requires the telephone line for NBN owing to Fibre-to-the-Curb (FTTC). Serves me right and no way on earth was I going to even entertain tearing out any part of the newly installed kitchen cabinetry and stone splash back.Peter efficiently recabled a new line and repurposed an obsolete Foxtel wall outlet. Since we were at it, I was comfortable extending the service to Peter by asking if he could also take down the unused satellite dish to which he happily obliged with no fuss. The end result was a quality finish. Kind, courteous and punctual to boot.Thanks Peter and the team for your help. Highly recommended.

I called Phoneworks after spotting there van on the road right when I needed my internet cable installed. I was some what uneasy thinking they were a big corporate company but to my delight I discovered they were a small family owned & run company. the technician that did the job was fantastic. When the NBN guy turned up to do the connection he decided it was too hard but before he could leave the Phoneworks technician problem solved it and even helped out to make sure it was done right. It's rare to find people like this these days. I wouldn't be able to wright this review if he hadn't gone above and beyond, well done.

Juanita was very knowledgeable when we contacted the company to see if they could help with removing a mystery cable attached to the front of our house. She was able to schedule a call out very quickly, and the technician (Nick) was fantastic - on time, friendly and efficient. Cannot recommend these guys enough. When our ISP and the NBN showed no interest or support in fixing our issues, Phoneworks solved it in under 2 hours. We suffered from FTTC line-over-air (curb to powerline to roof) dropouts every time it rained, for 3 months. Coming up to winter it was impossible to WFH. Thank you so much Phoneworks, for the price and service it is entirely underrated.

I can only echo all the wonderful feedback here for the Phoneworks team, they really are brilliant. Yes, Juanita is lovely on the phone and was able to book me in for an appointment quickly. Yes, Nick showed up on time and did a superb job of relocating my NBN in under two hours. What I wasn't expecting was what a pleasant experience it would be and that my internet reception would improve after the visit, with far fewer drops outs than I'd gotten used to putting up with here. I've had lots of positive experiences with trades during the renovation I am undertaking but none better than Phoneworks. It was so nice to feel that Nick completely had the job in hand and I could therefore focus on the other pressing things I had to do. He took great care with the placement of all the equipment and it meant so much to me because it's how I would want to do it myself but in needing to hand the job over to a professional sometimes attention to detail is lost, not so with Nick. He even inspired me to get back into running!

TL;DR - Zero complaints. I had a problem with some really bad internal wiring causing frequent drop outs. The receptionist was lovely, and the tech (Nick) was amazing.He quickly found the problems, fixed them, and did an incredibly thorough job. I haven't had a drop out since.In addition to that, everyone I dealt with was really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend these guys though if you need your internals checked.

After trying several times (unsuccessfully) to deal with phone provider on behalf of my 87 year old mother, l called Phoneworks. Speaking with Juanita made me feel supported after l wanted to tear my hair out! Nick arrived right on time and was patient, kind and really helpful. He even spoke to phone phone provider and nbn on my behalf and assisted me to get in touch with the telecommunications ombudsman. He even called later to see how things were going. I could not recommend this company highly enough!
