Phoneworks really are incredibly brilliant. Juanita was so kind on the phone and quickly booked me an appointment when my ISP and the NBN drove me crazy refusing to fix all the dropouts I was having. I cannot thank Juanita enough for being so helpful, even after hours, and literally talking me off the edge of a cliff. In the end, didn’t need to follow through with the appointment Juanita promptly booked me in for as the NBN came to the party at the 11th hour and finally replaced their faulty equipment. Found their details on an authorised list of NBN service providers via a government website. It didn’t list their level of service quality (no ratings system like here on Google) but boy was I lucky to have Peter from Phoneworks as the technician. Came on here to leave my review thanks to the great level of service. I’m not surprised by the standout reviews.Details of my job were that I had originally cut the landline during our kitchen renovation thinking it was no longer needed and disposed of it behind the wall. Turns out the property and the area we live in requires the telephone line for NBN owing to Fibre-to-the-Curb (FTTC). Serves me right and no way on earth was I going to even entertain tearing out any part of the newly installed kitchen cabinetry and stone splash back.Peter efficiently recabled a new line and repurposed an obsolete Foxtel wall outlet. Since we were at it, I was comfortable extending the service to Peter by asking if he could also take down the unused satellite dish to which he happily obliged with no fuss. The end result was a quality finish. Kind, courteous and punctual to boot.Thanks Peter and the team for your help. Highly recommended.

I called Phoneworks after spotting there van on the road right when I needed my internet cable installed. I was some what uneasy thinking they were a big corporate company but to my delight I discovered they were a small family owned & run company. the technician that did the job was fantastic. When the NBN guy turned up to do the connection he decided it was too hard but before he could leave the Phoneworks technician problem solved it and even helped out to make sure it was done right. It's rare to find people like this these days. I wouldn't be able to wright this review if he hadn't gone above and beyond, well done.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. When our ISP and the NBN showed no interest or support in fixing our issues, Phoneworks solved it in under 2 hours. We suffered from FTTC line-over-air (curb to powerline to roof) dropouts every time it rained, for 3 months. Coming up to winter it was impossible to WFH. Thank you so much Phoneworks, for the price and service it is entirely underrated.

We hired Phoneworks in December to install cabling for a new NBN service and were very happy with the service. Peter dug a new trench from the street pit to across the driveway to the corner of house and laid the cable in that, then installed an NBN box on the outside wall and an outlet on the inside wall in a convenient place for us to plug in the modem. The next day the NBN retail provider sent an NBN technician to connect us to the network and we were then able to get on the internet. Communications with Phoneworks were excellent, responsive and on time. we discussed options and works was done as we wished. Peter restored the driveway (gravel over soil) so hard to tell a trench had been dug there.

I had a problem with some really bad internal wiring causing frequent drop outs. The receptionist was lovely, and the tech (Nick) was amazing.He quickly found the problems, fixed them, and did an incredibly thorough job. I haven't had a drop out since.In addition to that, everyone I dealt with was really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend these guys though if you need your internals checked.
